Hi, I’m Jim Bialick.

I work where policy, technology, health, and human needs meet. Over more than twenty years, I have helped people turn evidence into decisions, build coalitions, change laws, and put new approaches into practice.

My work has taken me from newborn screening and patient safety to early childhood education, child care, maternal mental health, and health information technology. Today, through Pine Lake Policy Group, I help organizations anticipate the questions that public agencies, partners, and communities will ask as they bring new ideas into sensitive settings. That includes AI-enabled products serving children, patients, and families. The work is practical: understand the evidence, listen to the people affected, and make sound choices.

I am also CEO of TrustedRide Certified LLC and fractional CFO of TRC Assist Inc., doing business as TrustedRiders. Close to home, I run Pine Lake Potential, a one-to-one tutoring practice, and serve on community boards.

The common thread is simple: good intentions are a start. The real work is earning trust and following through.
